2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern distance sales of second-hand watches restored by the workshop, concluded on the website atelier-craig.[TO BE COMPLETED]. Each watch is a unique piece, sold in a single example.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are expressed in euros. The seller operates under the French micro-enterprise regime and benefits from the basic VAT exemption: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code. No VAT is invoiced or recoverable. [Wording to be validated by the accountant — TO BE COMPLETED.]
4. Order and payment
Payment is made online by bank card (Stripe). The watch is reserved for the buyer at the moment of effective payment. In the event of simultaneous attempts, only the first completed transaction concludes the sale.
5. Delivery

6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer buyer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving reasons. See the returns policy.
7. Guarantees
Statutory guarantees of conformity (art. L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), applicable to second-hand goods. To these is added the workshop’s commercial guarantee: 6 months on the restoration work, excluding normal wear, impacts, magnetisation and contact with water. A timing report measured after servicing is supplied with each watch. The water resistance of vintage watches is not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.
8. Mediation and disputes
