Everything begins with a diagnostic appointment: for a restoration, an assessment, or simply to know the condition of a family watch.
What happens during the appointment
- Examination of the watch under the loupe; the case is opened if it allows this without risk.
- A precise assessment of what must be restored, what deserves to be preserved and what can wait.
- A price range and a lead time. The final quotation is drawn up afterwards, once disassembled, line by line.
- If you leave the watch with us, a detailed receipt is drawn up on the spot.
Allow half an hour. Bring the watch as it is, with whatever accompanies it: box, papers, links, old invoices.
Please note: the workshop does not work on radium-luminous watches. If in doubt, send a photograph before booking an appointment: you will receive a prompt reply.
