You are buying at a distance: you have fourteen days to change your mind. Here is how it works.
The period
14 calendar days from receipt of the watch, in accordance with the French Consumer Code. Simply notify the workshop by e-mail ([TO BE COMPLETED]) within this period. A standard form exists, but it is not compulsory.
The return
The watch comes back in the state in which it left: unworn beyond trying on, with its box, its timing report and everything delivered with it. Insured shipping at declared value, at the buyer’s expense [to be confirmed — TO BE COMPLETED]. The simplest is to use the same shipping method as the outward journey.
The refund
In full, to the original payment method, at the latest fourteen days after the watch’s return. In practice, as soon as it has been checked at the workshop. A deduction may be applied if the piece has been handled beyond what is necessary to try it on (art. L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code).
A doubt before buying?
Each product page offers an “Ask about this piece” link. Additional photographs, wrist size, measured accuracy: every question is welcome before purchase. The watch can also be tried on at the workshop, by appointment.
